Terms and Conditions


Most items will ship out within 2 to 7 business days of ordering and receipt of payment into our account (weekends and holidays not included). However, some orders may take up to 10 to 15 business days or more to process. If any emergencies of the product do make a note of the same while placing the order in the comments and whatsApp or call us at our mentioned contact number and update the same for easy and faster process.

You will be informed if an item in your order is not available for immediate shipment. Therefore, the order may be separated into different shipments (for no extra charge), and items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at the moment. Please make sure to write a detailed and valid shipping address while placing the order.

Hidden Charges

There are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional shipping charges (in case your delivery address is in India). The price mentioned on the website is the final price. What you see is what you pay. Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices. In case of locations other than India, shipping charges are extra, depending on the locations.

Delivery of Products:

We shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of purchased goods in the event of flood, fire, wars, acts of natural calamity or any cause that is beyond our control.

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled under such circumstances, the order amount will be refunded back to you.

In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or shipping address) any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be claimed from the User placing the order.

Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy:

Sheems Creations believes in helping its customers as far as possible. Under this policy:

You can ask for replacement of product(s) in case of any manufacturing defect, products received in damaged condition or wrong item.

We shall make all endeavors to ensure accuracy of order of the product. However; please note that, the variations may occur in color of the actual product as compared to that shown on the website, this is mostly due to nature of fabric dyes, weather at the time of dyeing and differences in display output due to lighting and digital photography and color settings and capabilities of your own monitor screens, etc. We don’t encourage returns under such circumstances.

Replacement can be for the entire product(s) or part(s) of the product subject to availability of the same with us and notification of the same within one day from the date of delivery.

The customer needs to return any product(s) bought from us within a period of 3 days from the receipt of the shipment.

We do not accept any returns after 7 days of receiving the shipment.

Before accepting shipment, kindly ensure that the packaging is not damaged or tampered. If the customer observes the package is damaged or tampered, he or she should refuse to accept delivery and inform us over phone or whatsapp mentioning your order number and other details.

A customer while placing the order should consider this minor variation in color as seen on the website as against the actual color of the product received.

Any shipping costs of sending back to India above what customer paid for shipping charges while receiving them from India are the responsibility of the customer.

As safe delivery to you is our responsibility, in the same way sending back safely to us is your responsibility. If something happens in transit and the package doesn’t get delivered to us, we cannot help you. So make sure to send thru suggested courier/parcel service in our return authorization mail only and forward the details to us and keep the airway bill or receipt till it gets delivered to us.

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been shipped or communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any action related to matters on this website shall be brought in the appropriate courts of Bangalore governed by the laws of the India as such laws.
